Welcome to our Work
Adonai Shama means "the Lord is there." It comes from the last verse in the Book of Ezekiel where the prophet describes the future land of Israel as being the place where the Lord is present. We moved to Israel to enhance the presence of the Lord in His land. Consequently, we named our work, Adonai Shama, the Lord is there.
When we began, we established a small fellowship with those who had immigrated to Israel from our former congregation, Tikvat Israel, in the United States. After adding others, recently, my wife Stacy and I decided to release the fellowship to other leadership and instead join a larger congregation in our area. We are continuing to assist the fellowship with ministry oversight and financial support. More of our personal focus is now on being a witness for Yeshua in the marketplace, Jamie through the practice of law and politics and Stacy through teaching English and music. We remain available to minister to others in teaching and music when requested.
